3 Golden Rules
Let the chocolate melt in your mouth
Your taste sensors are in your mouth, not in your stomach. Don't swallow chocolate, let it melt in your mouth, and with your tongue move the chocolate all around and enjoy.
Not all flavors reveal themselves at onceThe best flavours come often after a few seconds. New flavours may come in the first 30 seconds. Then you may have a lasting after taste. Stay focused if you can. Sometimes you may even have 3 different bubbles of flavour in one second. Learn to taste and recognize them.
Close your eyes
Blind testing is really the best way to appreciate chocolate
